Bridge by Rizolvr — Terms of Service
Version 2.0 — Effective September 9, 2026 · A product of Rizolvr LLC (Wyoming)
Supersedes Version 1.0, effective May 6, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
2. Service Description
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
- Maintain the security of your Bridge access credentials, including any MCP tokens we issue you.
- Treat MCP tokens like API keys — do not paste them into untrusted AI clients or share them publicly. If a token is compromised, contact support and we will revoke it.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account, including queries made by AI assistants you have authorized.
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- Where you enable write access, determine which of your personnel receive which write permissions, and supervise the changes made under them.
4. Lightspeed POS Data Access
5. AI Assistant Tool Access
Bridge exposes a set of tools (e.g., “find_customer”, “query_sales”) that your AI assistant calls when answering your questions. On Standard and Premium these tools only read. On Pro, tools that modify data in Lightspeed are additionally available to seats you have granted the corresponding permission. You acknowledge that:
- The AI assistant is a third party you have separately contracted with. Its terms and privacy policy apply to your conversations with it.
- When you ask your AI a question that requires Bridge data, the AI will send tool requests to Bridge containing the parameters needed to answer (e.g., a customer name, date range). Bridge never sends data to the AI without an authenticated tool request.
- Tool results are returned to your AI client over an encrypted MCP connection. The AI then synthesizes a natural-language answer for you. Rizolvr does not control how the AI client uses or stores those results.
- You are responsible for what AI assistants you authorize and for any data exposure that results from your choice of AI provider.
6. Write-Enabled Use (Pro Tier)
6.1 Write access is opt-in and granular. Write functionality is available only on the Pro tier, only after you complete a separate Lightspeed re-authorization, and only for the individual seats to which you grant it. Write permissions are divided into distinct scopes (for example: item pricing, item creation, tag management, purchase orders, work orders). A seat can exercise only the scopes you have assigned to it. You may revoke any scope at any time.
6.2 Changes made through Bridge are your changes. When an AI assistant authorized by you, operating under a seat you have granted write permissions, makes a change to your point-of-sale records, that change is made at your direction and on your behalf. You are responsible for it as you would be for a change made by your personnel directly in Lightspeed. Rizolvr does not review, approve, or independently validate the substance of changes before they are made.
6.3 Records of changes. Bridge records each change with the seat that initiated it, the tool used, the time, and the state of the affected record before and after. Bridge also writes a dated note into the corresponding record in your own Lightspeed account, so that the change is visible to your personnel within your point-of-sale system.
6.4 Reversal is available for some operations and not others. Bridge provides a facility to reverse certain changes by submitting a compensating change to Lightspeed. This facility is not available for all operations. In particular, the creation of new records — including customers, vendors, categories, departments, purchase orders, and manufacturers — cannot be reversed through Bridge, and such records must be removed within Lightspeed directly. Rizolvr does not warrant that any given change can be reversed, or that a reversal will succeed. Where reversal is unavailable or unsuccessful, correction within your point-of-sale system remains your responsibility.
6.5 Verify what matters. AI assistants can misinterpret instructions. You are responsible for reviewing changes made on your behalf, particularly changes affecting pricing, costs, inventory quantities, or customer records. Section 10's limitations apply to write operations as they do to all other use of the Service.
7. Per-Tenant Data Isolation
8. Billing & Payments
Bridge operates on a monthly subscription processed by Stripe. Key billing terms:
- Bridge is offered on tiered monthly subscriptions priced per selling location, with optional per-seat add-ons. Current prices are published at rizolvr.com/pricing and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior written notice.
- No refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your service runs through the end of the current billing period.
- You may cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing bridge@rizolvr.com.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry per its standard schedule. After all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and your tenant is suspended.
- Changing tiers may require re-authorization with Lightspeed. Downgrading from a write-enabled tier removes write access for all seats.
9. Intellectual Property
10. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RIZOLVR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Lightspeed API downtime, errors, or changes beyond our control.
- The accuracy of answers produced by your AI assistant. Bridge returns the data; the AI synthesizes the answer.
- Loss of data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- The substance or consequences of changes made to your point-of-sale records at your direction through write-enabled use, including changes initiated by an AI assistant you authorized.
- The unavailability or failure of any reversal of such a change.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Rizolvr LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
12. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination or non-renewal:
- Your access to the Service is suspended at the end of the current billing period.
- For sixty (60) days after suspension, your synced data is retained in case you reactivate. You may request a one-time export of your data during this window via support.
- After the 60-day grace period, your tenant database, your stored credentials, and your Lightspeed authorization are permanently deleted.
- Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. We may also activate an emergency token kill-switch on your tenant if a credential is suspected of being compromised; we will notify you when this occurs.
